The receptionist will call you back within 24 hours or on the next business day with a suggested appointment time and location.
As a courtesy to our staff and other community members who need our services, we kindly request 48 hours notice by voice-mail message
if you will be unable to attend a scheduled appointment for any reason. This may allow us the opportunity to provide services to another individual
